What counts as a team member?
Anyone with a login to your organisation, whatever their role. For 3PLs, users inside client workspaces belong to that client.
Do 3PL clients need their own plan?
No. Client workspaces are part of the 3PL plan. Talk to us about volume if you serve many clients.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down as your operation changes.
