Who it's for

One system on both sides of the warehouse door

Brands plan and buy. 3PLs store and ship. Stokrio gives each of them the view they need, from the same stock records.

For brands

Replace the reorder spreadsheet. See days of cover for every SKU, draft purchase orders per supplier, and keep finished goods, raw materials and lots in one place.

  • Statistical forecasts and safety stock per SKU
  • POs rounded to case packs and MOQs, emailed to suppliers
  • Raw materials planned from bills of materials

For 3PLs

Run every client from one login. Add clients or approve the ones who sign up through your link, and give each brand its own isolated workspace.

  • A workspace per client, with its own users
  • Approve, suspend and reactivate clients
  • Your team opens any client in one click

Forecasting & planning

Forecasts you can trust, explained product by product

Stokrio tests a dozen forecasting models against each product's own sales history and keeps the one that would have predicted it best — then shows you why.

How it works

Four steps, no spreadsheet

  1. 01

    Connect

Connect Shopify to import your catalogue and receive new orders, or push products and stock levels through the API.

  2. 02

    Forecast

Every product gets a statistical forecast, a reorder point and an order-by date — with the working shown.

  3. 03

    Buy

Select what to reorder and Stokrio drafts one purchase order per supplier, rounded to case packs and minimums, and emails it.

  4. 04

    Receive and review

Receive what arrives, get alerts when something needs you, and track it all in 22 reports.

For 3PLs

Every client in its own workspace. Your team in all of them.

Share a signup link with prospective clients, approve them when you're ready, and let each brand's team log in to see their own stock, orders and purchasing — and nothing else.

  • Client signup link you can switch on and off
  • Pending, active and suspended states, with emails when you approve or decline
  • Invite client users by role; client owners manage their own team
  • Your staff act as admins inside clients they manage

Our approach

Numbers you can defend

Planning tools are only as good as the data behind them. Stokrio shows its working.

No invented figures

If a SKU has no recent sales or no unit cost, Stokrio says so. It never fills the gap with an assumed average.

Defined calculations

Every dashboard figure has a stated formula and data source — from days of cover to stock value at cost.

Safe stock changes

Receiving, transfers and production run as single transactions, so two people clicking at once can't double-count stock.

Your data, isolated

Each organisation's records are scoped on the server for every request, by session or API key.

Moving off Stocky?

Stocky stopped working on 31 August 2026. Import your Stocky purchase orders and suppliers in minutes, then get statistical forecasts, alerts and reports Stocky never had.

Security

Built for teams that answer security questionnaires

Tenant isolation, role-based access, scoped API keys and signed webhooks come as standard.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need Shopify?
Shopify is the supported sales channel today: connect a store and Stokrio imports your catalogue and receives new orders. Products and stock levels can also be pushed from any system through the REST API.
How are forecasts and reorder suggestions calculated?
Each product's weekly sales are backtested against a dozen statistical models (exponential smoothing, damped trend, Holt-Winters, Croston and others) and the most accurate is kept. Out-of-stock days are treated as missing demand. The reorder point is lead-time demand plus safety stock at your service level, using each supplier's measured lead time; orders are rounded to minimums and case packs.
Can a 3PL give each client their own login?
Yes. A 3PL adds client businesses (or approves those who sign up through its link). Each client gets an isolated workspace for its own team, and the 3PL's staff can open any client they manage.
Is our data kept separate from other customers?
Every request is resolved to a single organisation on the server and every query is scoped to it. See Security for details.
How long does setup take?
Creating a workspace takes a few minutes. Connecting Shopify imports your products, stock and order history, and forecasts are ready as soon as the import finishes. (Shopify shares the last 60 days of orders by default; older history needs its extended order access.)
Can I move from Stocky?
Yes. Shopify's Stocky stopped working on 31 August 2026. Stokrio imports Stocky purchase-order CSV exports, creates suppliers from them, and checks every row before saving.
