Questions about leaving Stocky

When did Shopify Stocky shut down?
Shopify removed Stocky from the App Store on 2 February 2026 and the app stopped working on 31 August 2026. Merchants keep read-only access to export their data for a limited time afterwards.
How do I export my data from Stocky?
In Shopify admin open Apps → Stocky → Purchases, open each purchase order and choose Download → CSV. Stocky exports one file per purchase order and can't export suppliers.
Can Stokrio import Stocky purchase orders?
Yes. Select all your Stocky CSV files at once; Stokrio combines them, matches the columns automatically, creates suppliers from the supplier names on your POs, and checks every row before saving. Re-importing never creates duplicates.
What does Stokrio do that Stocky didn't?
Statistical demand forecasts per product (with seasonality and stockout handling), safety stock from measured supplier lead times, alerts and a weekly digest, a monthly demand and supply plan, 22 reports with scheduled email, partial receiving with lots and expiry, raw-material planning from bills of materials, and multi-warehouse stock.
Will importing change my stock levels?
No. Imported purchase orders don't move stock; on-hand comes from Shopify. Open POs count as stock on order and received POs give you real supplier lead times from day one.
