Terms of service

Last updated 15 October 2026

This document is a draft pending legal review and may change before general availability.

These terms govern your use of Stokrio, provided by Stokrio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity in your organisation, including by users you invite and systems using your API keys.
  • A 3PL that manages a client workspace may access and manage that workspace. Client organisations should agree with their 3PL how that access is used.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into Stokrio. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

  • Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours or to disrupt the service.
  • Don't use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
  • Respect the API rate limits and don't resell access without our agreement.

Plans and fees

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page or in your order form. You won't be charged without first agreeing to a plan.

Forecasts and recommendations

Reorder suggestions, days of cover and other calculations are based on the data available to Stokrio and the settings you choose. They are decision aids; you remain responsible for your purchasing and operational decisions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Stokrio available and secure, but the service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability unless agreed in writing. We may improve or change features; we'll give notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you pay for.

Termination

You can stop using Stokrio at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On request, we'll provide an export of your organisation's data and then delete it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
